As long as you are an approved client then fill out the form below. The information provided must be complete and accurate. Message Information needs to be provided to US Text Alerts a minimum of 2 hours before the send time. If you are not an entity that sends emergency alerts (Law Enforcement, EMS, Fire, First Response) then you must have all message scheduling in Mon-Fri between 9am and 3pm eastern time. Any messages that need to be scheduled to send over the weekend must be submitted Friday by 3pm eastern time. Messages that are sent in for delivery outside these guidelines will not be sent.
